Weigh-in day, or, I need to break up with chocolate

Yeah, I’m up 5 lbs from two weeks ago.scale

But let’s focus on the positive:

1.  I am working out on a regular basis and loving it.

2.  I am improving physically (other than weight) all of the time.  Stairs are not killing me like they were before.

3.  I feel that I move around so much better.

But, I am NOW the heaviest I’ve ever been.  :-(
