1. Fill up with fruit. Why? Because the chewing of apples and such will satisfy you and the
fiber will leaving you filling full.
2. Sleep away flab. People who lose sleep eat more calories each day. Also, the longer you’re awake, the more food to which you’re exposed.
3. Pump up with protein. I can attest to this one – even though I haven’t worked out in a few weeks, I’ve made sure to keep my protein up and that is really helping. Protein satisfies you in ways that other foods don’t.
4. Fight fat with fat. Omega-3 fatty acids make you feel full for a longer amount of time.
